Asset Reutilization

Lubratech Solutions has developed a revolutionary program to provide quality equipment at the lowest cost. Our answer is so simple... however we are the first in the industry to offer it. Lubratech Solutions has replicated the same strategy of "Asset Reutilization" that is used with much of your other capital equipment, such as robots, conveyor drives, conveyor systems, etc... By utilizing this service, significant savings can be derived as compared with the purchase of new automatic lubricating equipment. Your existing automatic lubricators can be renewed at a cost of only 20% to 25% of the price of a new unit. Think about it, automatic lubricators are continually exposed to lubricant, so internal wear on these units is usually minimal. So why scrap out a $15,000.00 greaser, only to buy a new one? Additionally, very little changes have been made to automatic lubrication equipment in the last 15 years so the purchase of new lubricating equipment will not allow you to step into any new technology. Lubratech Solutions will provide you with a cost effective way to supply you with reliable "as new" lubricators at a fraction of the cost. We don't simply supply a repaired lubricator, a refurbished lubricator or a rebuilt lubricator, we "renew" units by replacing the vulnerable parts such as o-rings, springs, poppets and seals along with repairing any damaged parts. Then we confirm the operation of every check valve, solenoid valve, circuit board, pump motor and mechanism. We then adjust them, fine tune them and then CERTIFY each lubricator functions "as new". As a result, when the lubricator leaves our shop, we are so confident that it is in the top condition, that we give it a ONE YEAR WARRANTY! Futhermore, we are so sure that these units will function and last as new, that we will even offer an extended warranty program for the equipment that has been "reutilized".

Attention Plants That Will Be Soon Retooling,
Corporate Engineering Departments and Conveyor Manufacturers.

Our "reutilized" equipment program is perfect for plants that will be undergoing retooling as it could potentially save tens of thousands if not hundreds of thousands of capital equipment dollars. On plants which will soon be undergoing retooling, Lubratech Solutions will inspect your current equipment and make a detailed list of the types and brands of equipment which can be "reutilized" in your plant. This list can be cross referenced to your new conveyor layout in order for you to realize what "reutilized" units can be used in place of expensive brand new units that you will no longer have to purchase. Moreover, Lubratech has the experience, knowledge and resources to reconfigure lubrication equipment. Do you have a unit with two nozzles but need a unit with four nozzles...no problem we can reconfigure it. Or you might have a carrier load wheel greaser and need a new carrier guide roller greaser. We can modify, reconfigure, update and renew any brand or any model lubricator. Once again, by using existing lubricators and reconfiguring them means saving you needless costs of new units. We can also provide technical assistance on the installation and start up of "reutilized" lubricators. Here's how it works:

• Before build out of your existing model, a representative from Lubratech visits your plant to perform an inventory of your existing equipment and assess if the equipment can be "reutilized".

• During this assessment, units which would be considered for the asset reutilization program will be tagged with a placard reading DO NOT SCRAP", THIS EQUIPMENT IS TO BE REUSED". These tags will be affixed to the lubricators and any associated equipment such as grease pumps, oil supply pumps, power brush cleaners and lubricator control cabinets.

• Additionally, any welded on mounting brackets on the conveyor steel will be marked with bright spray paint and tagged as "DO NOT SCRAP", " THIS SECTION OF CONVEYOR AND THE MOUNTING BRACKETS ARE TO BE REUSED"

• A detailed list of lubrication equipment which can be reutilized will be presented to the engineering group, maintenance group and or the conveyor company. It can then be determined exactly which units will be reutilized in place of expensive brand new units.

• The selected units will be set aside during the scrap out procedure and shipped to Lubratech's facility in order for them to be "reutilized".

• Lubratech will refurbish, renew, test and certify each unit. Then return these units either in predetermined stages or at one time to the plant undergoing retooling.

• A Lubratech representative will be supplied for technical assistance on the reinstallation and start up of this "reutilized" equipment.

• A ONE YEAR WARRANTY will be supplied on all "reutilized" equipment.

• Don't waste your company's money with buying new automatic lubrication equipment when a comparable equal is available at a fraction of the cost.

Our "renewed" service program can also be used on troublesome units that have a history of frequent breakdowns. It will provide a renewed firm foundation for these troubled units to have a new lease on life.
