Inspection of Automatic Lubricators

This condition is due to a variety of reasons including empty lubricant, the wrong lubricant, contaminated lubricant, loss of power, physical damage and wear. Automatic lubricator inspection is the core element to assure that your industrial conveyor system and equipment is well maintained and properly lubricated.
Lubratech Solutions has the knowledge and experience to inspect or service your lubrication system. We inspect, repair and maximize the performance of ALL BRANDS, ALL MODELS, and ALL APPLICATIONS of automatic lubricating equipment. Whether you have an overhead conveyor, inverted conveyor, COE conveyor, unibuilt conveyor, CC5 conveyor, flat top conveyor, etc... Lubratech Solutions can ensure that your conveyor is properly lubricated and your lubrication dollars are well spent. Lubratech Solutions will either perform the required tasks on their own or work in unison with union skilled trades. We offer one time, annual, semi-annual, quarterly or monthly inspection programs. 
Best of all our pricing is significantly less than other suppliers and we can maintain all brands. Our Inspection Program includes the activation and testing of each automatic lubricator, verification of proper lubricant placement, verification of recorded lubrication cycle, checking on lubricant levels and cycling the unit if needed. Additionally, we will provide a detailed list of any adjustments made or problems that were discovered. A complete report can also be generated, encompassing all units, units within a certain department or units needing repair pertaining the a specific trade (i.e. electrical repairs, mechanical repairs, etc...) in either paper or Excel file format. The Inspection and Repair Program has all the benefits of our Inspection Program, plus we will also repair units which are not functioning. Repairs will be performed either by Lubratech or under the direction of Lubratech Solutions with a union tradesman as per plant policy. As an added value, Lubratech has an enormous background in all types of automatic lubricators, conveyors and industrial machinery.
