Vibration Analyzing - Sophisticated equipment takes readings of the vibration patterns of your machinery. This allows us to pinpoint current problems or predict upcoming problems before they happen.

Thermography - A special camera is used which clearly shows objects which are hot. this piece of equipment can show overheated bearings, couplers, overloaded wiring, defective contactors and more. It is very useful and can be used while your equipment is running.

Ultrasonic Leak Detection - An instrument that is used to find and pinpoint leaks in pressurized gas systems or on compressed air systems. Some large facilities have discovered so many leaks in the plant's compressed air system that estimated savings after repairs have been in excess of $40,000 a year.

Oil Analysis - Lubratech can collect samples or the client can provide tagged samples. Sample are taken from gear boxes, reservoirs and supply tanks. Samples can then be analyzed for contamination, break down and viscosity. This service is useful to predict correct intervals of changing oil or to discover if your lubricant is performing satisfactorily.
